Refund and Returns Policy

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from theultrawellness.com. You can return all items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased with no questions asked. The sale Items (Items with discount > 10%) cannot be returned but can be exchanged for a different type of the same product. The refund amount will be credited back to your account within 7 days.

In case of missing bank details, four weeks after refund initiation the customer will be granted points. However, if Bank details are provided the refund mode can be changed to bank refund within eight weeks of refund initiation.

Some additional guidelines:

Within the first 7 days of receipt we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.

Please Note: The no-questions-asked return policy is not valid on items that are on sale.

How long will the entire process take?

It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your request. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in term of amount credited to your bank account within 7 days.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking ID will be available within 24 hours. You will be able to track your order by visiting Your Account, signing in and Clicking on Order History next 72 hours. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e when the order is placed, when the payment has been authorized and then when the order has been dispatched.
